Contests and sweepstakes have specific validity periods, which are announced in connection with each contest or sweepstakes. We always notify winners personally. Prizes cannot be altered or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Rhea Ship Lines Oy is responsible for paying any applicable statutory lottery tax on the prizes of the contest or sweepstakes. The prize winner is responsible for any other costs associated with receiving or using the prize or participating in the sweepstakes. The organizer of the contest/draw is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent participation in the contest/draw. If the prize is a gift card or a service at facilities owned by Rhea Ship Lines Oy, the prize must be used during the current season in which the contest or drawing was launched and the winners were selected. Rhea Ship Lines Oy may store in its customer database, with the consent of the contest/raffle participant, information such as the participant’s name, the company or organization the person represents, email address, and, if the participant chooses to provide it, their hometown and other information, for the purpose of accurately targeting products and services. The information and contact details provided by the participant may be used for digital marketing, provided the participant gives their consent. Electronic marketing materials always include an unsubscribe link, allowing the participant to opt out of receiving further marketing messages.
