Theater Eurooppa’s musical play *Family First* is a fresh and lively comedy about how Finns enjoy spending time at their summer cottages—even if they have to force themselves to do so. The mother of the family, Helena, has her hands full trying to get her adult children to behave long enough for the garden magazine reporter she invited over to take some presentable photos now that the peonies are in bloom and the new composting outhouse has arrived. However, things start to go off the rails even before the cooler has been carried into the living room.
